Professional Background
Mrs. Tinney joined Stellar Capital Management's Operations Department in February 2005. She is responsible for multiple back office functions including daily account reconciliation, working as a liaison with custodians and corporate trustees on trading and operational issues, and providing shareholder support services for Stellar clients.  Mrs. Tinney has eight
years experience in the banking and financial services, spending five years as an Operations Specialist for a Regional Trust Company. She has an extensive background in securities processing, account reconciliations and asset management.

Community and Professional Organizations
Mrs. Tinney currently volunteers for Free Arts of Arizona and most recently served as a "House Captain" in their Palette of Homes Tour.

Mrs. Tinney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wyoming.
