20 years, and will serve as an Investment Fiduciary in most situations. Combining
our expertise as a portfolio management firm with our understanding of the products and programs created for plan sponsors enhances our ability to sort through investment performance issues, multiple levels of cost, the differences between stated investment philosophies and actual investments, and the various levels of risk associated with investment selection. As consultants, we remain completely unbiased with regard to underlying investment managers, custodians, or administrators. We work for our clients and will accept fiduciary responsibility.

The cornerstone of the investment consulting philosophy is to provide a professional service which simplifies the duties, and help mitigate the risk of the Named Fiduciary for the plan. This is accomplished by providing specialized advice and guidance regarding manager selection, monitoring and measurement, and replacements or additions to a plan offering where appropriate, which remains independent of investment products.
